What is your shapewear made out of?

Our shapewear is made out of 76% Nylon and 24% Elastane. This combination offers both compression for shape and stretch for comfort.

How do I take care of my shapewear?

Our shapewear can be machine washed with cold water and tumbled dry in the low setting. We also recommend to hand wash it separately with cold water and light detergent. Please do not bleach or iron. Avoid having it in contact with rough surfaces and sharp objects as they may pull the fabric.

What are the available sizes?

Our shapewear is available in XS-XXL. For more details, please see our size guide here and model guide here.

I'm in between sizes, what size should I get?

If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing up or getting a size that fits your largest measurement.

What are jump sizes?

As our shapewear is stretchy, you may refer to the jump size to see what other sizes can fit you. Our product fits true to size but when in doubt, we recommend sizing up.

What sizes are the models wearing?

You may see our model guide here to know the sizes they're wearing.

Why is it so tight?

Our Sculpting Shapewear offers the tightest compression! It will be really tight at first but it will eventually, mold to your body and become comfortable with wear. Shapewear also naturally loosens over time, hence why we recommend getting your actual size but feel free to still size up.

Ordering

How long will my order arrive?
  • For Metro Manila orders, delivery will be 2 to 3 working days via LBC.
  • For provincial areas, delivery will be 5 to 7 working days via LBC.
  • Please take note that Sunday and holidays are not counted as a working day.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently our website is not offering Cash on Delivery (COD). However, you can check out our Tiktok, Lazada, and Shopee official shop for COD purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders that are still in “pending status” can be cancelled, directly on your SOLÁ account.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail regarding your order and tracking number. You may also use the track and trace link here: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-ph .

Can I return my order?

We ensure that the items you ordered have undergone quality control before shipping. In any case that you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days upon receipt of the item you purchased. A customer service representative will get in touch to assist you.

Regular items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is in the good condition with the original packaging and accessories included. You can check out our Refund Policy for more information.

How much is the shipping rate?

Our shipping rate is based on weight and dimension of the order. Shipping fee is automatically calculated on the check-out page.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Free shipping is applicable for orders above Php 2000.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the Philippines, but we will launch international shipping in the future.
